Spring Dinner Dance - La Fortuna - Saturday May 17th 2025

Dragi naši Olibljani i dragi prijatelji!

 Kao i uvijek ali posebno ovog puta cast nam je I zadovoljstvo pozvati vas na nasu tradicionalnu zabavu!

 Posebno zbog toga sto evo ove godine slavimo 125tu.  obljetnicu otkupa naseg dragog Oliba!

 Dakle proslo je vec 125 godina od kako su nasi dragi pradjedovi otkupili nas Olib od tadasnjeg vlasnika

 Dunata Filippina!

 

 Zabava će se ovog puta održati u subotu 17. svibnja u 6 sati u restoranu La Fortuna, 430 Kamena St.

u Fairview NJ. Za ples sviraju kao i obično naši “Sunce” Damir i Stanko. Lijepo Vas molimo da nas nazovite do srijede, 30. travnja, zbog rezervacija i raspored stolova. Nazovite nekog od dolje navedenih članova uprave. Hvala!

 

Normalno kao i obično biti će bogata, kompletna večera uz profesionalnu poslugu. Cijena je $100 po osobi.

Bezplatni ulaz za djecu do 12 godina.

 

Svakako, imati će mo i Bogatu Lutriju! Drage naše mame i supruge uvijek smo vam puno zahvalni kad donesete domaće slatkiše (Fritule, Hrostuli, Palacinke itd.)! Veliko hvala od srca!

 

Dragi naši mještani i prijatelji dragog nam Oliba iskoristimo i ovu posebnu priliku za druženje i ples, dok slavimo veliku 125tu godišnjicu otkupa našeg dragoga voljenog otoka!

Dear Olib residents and dear friends!

 

As always, but especially this time, it is our honor and pleasure to invite you to our traditional spring dinner-dance!

Especially because this year we are celebrating the 125th anniversary of the purchase of our dear Olib!

It has been 125 years since our dear great-grandfathers purchased Olib from the then owner

Dunat Filippi on “May 14th 1900” and became fully independent owners. With this event we continue to honor our forefathers for the struggle and hardship they went through to gain the independence for our beautiful island, which we can all enjoy today.

This time, the party will be held on Saturday, May 17th at 6 pm at the La Fortuna restaurant, 430 Kamena St.

in Fairview NJ. As usual, our “Sunce” Damir and Stanko will be playing for the dance.

The price of dinner is $100 per person, free admission for children 12 years and under. For reservations, please call one of our committee members listed below, no later than Wednesday April 30th.

 

If you are planning to attend, we are requesting that you send a check for the total amount made out to “Friends Of Olib Charity Inc”. Please mail the check to our treasurer to the following address:
